Equity Funding
We provide equity, but your are still in control.
We source and structure equity capital primarily for residential-led development projects across the UK (market residential, affordable housing and Build-to-Rent/PRS), but we would consider other property sectors on a case by case basis.
Leveraging our extensive experience and deep investor capital pool, we add significant value making sure the project risks are adequately mitigated whilst interests are aligned and incentives are sufficient for all stakeholders to deliver a successful scheme.
Our typical funding criteria are:
- Development sites with planning consent in place
- Up to 90% funding of the equity requirement
- Min ticket £1m
- Up to 36 months project cycle/term
- Fully-incentivising promote to the developer post funder's equity return
Regardless of project size and equity amount required, our deal premise will always be the same; provide the sponsor with full support to earn disproportionately higher returns.
