Development Finance

We arrange construction loans for the development of residential and commercial projects

We cover an array of sub-asset classes across the UK including market residential, PRS, mixed use, office, hotel, student accommodation and retirement homes and the financing we structure applies to either ground-up development or conversion/refurbishment. 


The facilities we provide range from land acquisition bridging loans all the way to senior and mezzanine financing packages.


Our typical lending criteria are as follows:

  • Bridge: 1st charge, min £1m, up to 75% LTV, from 0.45% pcm, up to 24 months
  • Senior: 1st charge, min £1m, up to 85% LTC (or 65% LTGDV), from 6% pa, up to 36 months 
  • Mezzanine: 2nd charge, min £1m, up to 95% LTC (or 75% LTGDV), from 9% pa, up to 36 months
